Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post regular services with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer express delivery or require a signature drop-off, we also offer other methods: simply make your new selection on the checkout page while placing your order; if additional cost apply, they will be shown. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are free, whereas transport fees vary according to the address of delivery. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

*Free Shipping offer applies to online and catalog orders only. Qualifying purchase must be equal to or greater than $30 USD for US addresses and 33$ CAD for Canadian addresses after voucher and in merchandise only; discounts, vouchers, applicable taxes or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to merchandise total. Once your order reaches the required minimum, free shipping will automatically be added to your order if a valid address is registered. Free shipping is via standard Canada Post ground service; upgrades do not apply. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Standard order processing and delivery time apply (see above). Free shipping is valid only in the contiguous United States and Canada and specified European countries. Lilidoo reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time without advance notice.

Return and Refund

You can return your product up to 15 days after receiving them for whatever the reason! Note that clearance items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

For each item, you may choose to be reimbursed, to reorder or exchange your product. We only refund or exchange items if you return them in their original condition with all original packaging materials included; any damages made to the item or its packaging might result in a refusal.

If an item was already damaged when you received it, please contact us promptly. We recommend that you also send us a photo of the item by email with a brief summary of your claim. Lilidoo only sells quality jewelries and we will make sure you are satisfied with your order.

After 15 days, Lilidoo reserves the right to refuse a refund, an exchange or a credit.

In the case of a refund, you will be reimbursed according to the payment method that you used for your purchase within 72 hours of receipt of your package at our shipping center.

*IMPORTANT:

- For hygiene issue, earrings (including sets) and body jewelry are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

- Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
